Dear HOPE,
I’m trying to stop smoking, but it’s really hard. Can you give me a list of resources?
- Ashtray
Dear Ashtray,
It’s great that you’re making the effort to stop smoking – good for you! We promise that although it made me difficult today, it is worth it in the end. We’ve found that one of the most unique way to help yourself quit is to learn about the truth behind tobacco companies’ advertising tactics. Here is also some information on the negative health effects of smoking tobacco and of being exposed to secondhand smoke, as well as resources to aid in quitting effectively.
