When will I get the condoms I ordered?

Condoms will be mailed on Tuesday and Friday mornings to any student who submits a confidential web request. HOPE will only deliver condoms to a CSU if they are requested; we are not sending them to everyone. To receive condoms in the Tuesday mailing, please request them by 3:00PM Monday. To receive condoms in the Friday mailing please request them by 3:00PM Thursday.

Students can order condoms only once per delivery period. If you wish to receive condoms every Tuesday and Friday, you must login every Monday and Thursday to place your order.

Are free condoms available elsewhere on campus?

Yes! Condoms are still be available at the FISH Bowl (in the Campus Center) and at the Student Health Center.

Is the program confidential?

Yes! This program is completely confidential. HOPE members cannot view anyone’s personal information. None of your personal information will be viewed by those processing the orders, and the orders are delivered in a small, unmarked manila envelopes.

Why do I have to login?

HOPE is requiring students to log-in to prevent pranking and to ensure that students only log-in once during each delivery period. HOPE will not be tracking or storing your student name or log-in name after the condoms have been mailed. Your name will not appear on the mailing label.
